All banquets and special affairs are customized to satisfy your every need. Party menus are for 20 guests.
We cater all types of events including:
Weddings, Showers, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, Confirmations, Fund-Raisers, Retirements, Family Gatherings, Funeral Luncheons, etc.
We also cater business events such as :
Product Demonstrations, Sales Promotions, Meetings, Exhibits, Luncheons, etc.
Deposits: 1/3 down, cash or credit card ONLY.
Banquet Hours Available:
Parties are for four hours.
**Not available after 6PM on Fridays or Saturdays.
Final Payment:
Final payment may be made in cash or with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
PLEASE NOTE: We require a final count one week before your function. You will be charged based on the number of people in the final count. We will be prepared to serve 5% above guaranteed count and will charge accordingly. (We do not permit take-out)
Refunds:
If West Shore Inn is able to rebook any cancelled banquet for the same approximate number of guests, then deposits are fully refunded the week following the planned banquet. If we're not able to rebook for the same approximate count, then all deposits will be forfeited.
Prices:
Prices are not guaranteed anytime, however they are not to exceed 10% of the original price at the time of booking.
